Located strategically for day trips to the Orlando and Tampa theme parks, professional sporting events,  you can also go boating, sailing, fishing.  Travel easily to many interior state parks located on crystal clear springs and rivers for a lazy afternoon float.  Lively nightlife can be found in either Sarasota or Tampa. Gourmet restaurants abound, galleries and quaint beach shops are a stroll, bike ride or Island Trolley ride away.

Our resort has four stand-alone homes ranging from 2 to 4 bedroom as well as two bedroom, one bedroom and studio apartment cottages.  The fully-renovated cottages offer guests a heated pool for a refreshing swim, a grill area with picnic tables for your cookout, a guest laundry and bikes for a leisurely ride around the island.  We have everything to make your holiday memorable and are ideally set up for group gatherings such as weddings, family reunions and as well as a quiet weekend getaway with your special someone.
